Your donation could change someone's life. No matter how large or small your donation, your money will help to fund the education of some of Kenya's poorest kids who have found themselves at a crossroads because their families or orphanages can no longer afford to keep them in school. To take the wrong road now will end their education and destine them to perpetuate the cycle of poverty, but with your help their lives can be changed. Your donations offer these kids the hope of a brighter future.

While it is still one of Africa's poorest nations with over 45 per cent of the Kenyan population living in poverty, recent economic growth has seen opportunities open up for those with an education. In stark contrast with many in the First World, children in Kenya's poorest provinces show a remarkable determination and courage to complete their education. They appreciate with crystal clarity that, in the midst of all the harshness in their lives, there is a way for them to build a better future for themselves and their families. It is these kids that we are looking to support with your help, for when their family money runs out or they are orphaned, there is no one else to bear the financial burden, enabling them to complete their schooling and follow their dreams.

With enough donations, we can pay for the entire education of one, two or more children and help them to afford their school uniforms, books and stationery.

The following gives you an idea of what your donations could pay for.

  • A primary-school child's annual school bill comes to just £75. That's £450 for their entire primary education
  • A secondary-school child's annual school bill comes to just £165, or £660 for the whole of their secondary education
  • In addition to their scholarship, you may also choose to help to pay for a child's books, pens, school bag, uniform, shoes and socks, which would be £55 per annum for those at primary school and £65 per annum for those attending secondary school

That being said, we would be delighted with whatever you decide to donate.

If you would like to help, please contribute a scholarship or make a donation towards the education of one of these children.
